PAYMENT METHOD

You can pay for your orders by credit card (Visa, Visa Electron, Mastercard), Paypal, Amazon Pay, Apple pay.

Do you need an invoice?

If you need to receive an invoice, contact our customer service using the contact form or the chat on the site. The data for issuing the invoice must coincide with those entered in the billing address.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

How to make a return
You have 14 days from receiving your order to request a return online.

If you intend to request a return you can contact us at our email:

info@scarpe-tango.it, specifying the reason or problem.

Once you have filled out the return request you will receive an email with shipping instructions.

Return costs are at our expense if you have received an item different from the one ordered in all other cases the costs will be borne by the customer and shipping costs, taxes and duties will not be refundable.

Please remember that if you ship without first contacting us we will not be able to proceed with the return and refund.

***RETURNS AND REFUNDS for countries subject to CUSTOMS (USA, Switzerland, UK...etc.)

Returns from countries subject to customs duties will be made net of the customs costs incurred by us for the return. These costs will be subtracted from the amount of the purchased product only.
